Built SoftRock RX Ensemble II HF Receiver

I hv hd the Built SoftRock RX Ensemble II in service since March 11, 2013 and it is fantastic. I still stand by my original evaluation, the performance equals my Flex 5000 still today. My only recommendation is that a decent quality sound card be added to ur system. It is much the same as a gud hunting dog, u must feed it what it needs for top performance. :-) Many hv had good success with the following 116dB SNR card from Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829132-
006 This is merely a suggestion. I run it with PowerSDR 2.4.4 software which is very intuitive and has all the bells and whistles that the Flex 5000 has, including the TNF (tunable notch filter).
