Built Low Frequency SoftRock RXTX Ensemble Transceiver

The low frequency SoftRock RXTX Ensemble is a 1 watt SDR transceiver, built for operation for one of the following bands:

  • 630m
  • 2200m

The small divide by 16 circuit board is mounted above the upper left corner of the RXTX circuit board to give an additional divide by 16. The resulting RXTX center frequency is 1/64th of the SI570 frequency. The low pass and band pass filters are set for the specific band the board is built for.

The RXTX circuit board measures 5 inches by 2.5 inches.

This transceiver will be built and tested by Tony Parks, KB9YIG. A limited quantity will be made available as Tony has time to build them.

A sound card with stereo line-in connector for receive and stereo line-out connector for transmit and a computer running SDR software are required to operate this radio.
